Parental Consent Form

Students aged 16 or 17 can use The HomeBridge with parent or guardian permission. This page explains what is needed, why we ask for it, and how the information is protected.

Why this form is required

The HomeBridge supports international students and families during a major move. When a student is under 18, we need parent or guardian consent so everyone understands the accommodation process, platform rules, payment expectations, and safeguarding support available.

Parent and guardian details are never shown publicly and are not used for marketing.

What information is needed

Student full name, date of birth, and account email.
Parent or guardian full name and relationship to the student.
Parent or guardian phone number and email address.
Signed parental consent form, uploaded during signup.
Student documents such as passport, student ID, CAS, offer letter, or visa where relevant.
Parent or guardian ID may be requested if the team needs additional verification.

How to complete the process

  1. Download the form.Use the button above and complete the student and parent/guardian sections.
  2. Sign and save it.PDF, DOC, DOCX, or a clear scanned document can be uploaded during signup.
  3. Create the student account.Select Student, enter date of birth, choose Yes for under 18 if prompted, and fill parent/guardian details.
  4. Upload the signed form.The form is stored in the private document area and reviewed only by authorised HomeBridge staff.

Privacy and safeguarding

Parent and guardian details are kept private and secure. They are used only for safeguarding, booking support, essential accommodation communication, dispute support, and legal or safety requirements where applicable.

We do not publish parent details, share them in property listings, or expose private documents through public URLs. Documents are accessed through secure document routes only.
