The HomeBridge welcomes students aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, we have extra safeguards in place to ensure your accommodation journey is safe, supported, and fully transparent with your parent or guardian.

Do I need to be in the UK to register and find accommodation?

No. You can register, browse, enquire, and even book your accommodation entirely from your home country before you arrive in the UK.

Yes. All deposits and payments are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform. Your money is fully protected until you move in.

What if the property is not as described when I arrive?

Every property is verified by our team before going live. If there is a serious discrepancy, our support team will help resolve it - and refunds are available under our Refund Policy.

I am under 18. Can I still use The HomeBridge?

Yes. Students aged 16 and 17 can use The HomeBridge with parental or guardian consent. A consent form is required during registration. See the section above for more details.

How long does account verification take?

After submitting your documents, our admin team reviews your account within 1 - 3 working days. You will receive an email once your account is approved.
