Many students accept a place before they have anywhere to live. The HomeBridge gives your admissions or welfare team a way to point them at approved accommodation, prepare enquiries on their behalf, and see how far they have got — without taking over their tenancy decisions.
One verified organisation, properly authorised staff.
Your institution registers once. Named employees are added under your own authority, so cohort work is always traceable to a real person at your college.

The student stays in control
A referral from your college does not sign anything on a student's behalf. Each student completes their own account, identity verification, agreement and payment steps. You see the progress they share with you — not their private documents or payment details.
Optional funding capabilities, applied for separately
Referring students is the starting point. If your institution also wants a financial role, each of these is a separate application with its own authority checks, agreement and independent review:
- Education referral — introduce students and help them find accommodation.
- Institutional sponsorship — your institution contributes to a student's accommodation costs.
- Institutional rent guarantee — your institution stands behind a specific booking.
A guarantee only becomes real when the correct legal entity and an authorised signatory execute it for a defined student, booking and period, with stated liability limits and claim conditions. Until that happens, nothing is shown to a landlord as covered. A logo, a student list or a tick-box is not financial security, and we do not present it as one.
