Paid placements are restricted to eligible adults aged 18 or over in England. A reviewed property, current verification, approved applicable policies and the required signed occupancy agreement are necessary before payment.
The accepted booking quote records the rent, separate deposit, payment schedule and applicable commission. Deposits are separate liabilities with an explicitly reviewed holder and protection responsibility; receiving rent does not establish deposit authority.
Agency bookings require a current property-specific mandate, an eligible separately identified Host or owner, and a reviewed Listing, Enrolling or Combined commercial role. Agency commission and deposit custody are separate.
Refunds follow the applicable approved policy and verified provider outcome. HomeBridge does not advertise escrow, guaranteed funds or automatic Host payout.
